Production

Iwate Factory, which is our production base, has facilities adequate to meet various process requirements. Iwate Factory consists of pharmaceutical intermediate manufacturing facility completed in 2000 and multi-purpose pharmaceutical intermediate manufacturing facility additionally constructed in 2006.

We have been maintaining cGMP-compliance control system which is required for drug manufacturing. We also have submitted several DMFs to FDA, and received 8 FDA inspections since 1984 without major issues.

In regard to protection of environment, the factory obtained ISO 14001 certificate in 2001 and is aiming to be even more environment-friendly.
