Assay Principle
- Latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay
- L-FABP in urine samples agglutinates with mouse anti-human L-FABP monoclonal antibody coated latex through an antigen-antibody reaction. The change in absorbance caused by this agglutination is measured to determine L-FABP levels.
