Blood (coagulated/fibrinolytic)

We offer test reagents for rapid diagnosis of various diseases caused by blood coagulation or fibrinogenolysis. As information useful for making a decision on a course of treatment, reliable reagents for the coagulation/fibrinogenolysis factor and its activator or inhibitor are also available.
Fibrin/Fibrinogen degradation product kit
Nanopia®P-FDP
Reagent for plasma/serum FDP test. FDP is measurable using a serum sample. Tests are unaffected by residual fibrinogen in serum and incorporation of FDPs into fibrin clots.
Fibrin degradation product kit
Nanopia®D-dimer
Reagent for plasma/serum D-dimer test. A wide range can be measured.
(0.5-60μg/mL)
Fibrinogen kit
Coagpia®Fbg
Reagent for plasma fibrinogen test. Easy-to-handle liquid reagent.
Soluble fibrin monomer complex kit
Nanopia®SF
Reagent for plasma soluble fibrin monomer complex detection.
Activated partial thromboplastin time kit
Coagpia®APTT-S
Reagent for plasma activated partial thromboplastin time test. A synthetic phospholipid is used.
Prothrombin time kit
Coagpia®PT-S
Reagent for plasma prothrombin time test.
Sensitive reagent with an ISI value of nearly 1.0
COATEST®SP FVIII
Reagent for factor VIII test for research purposes
(For research use only. Not for diagnostic use.)
Chromogenic synthetic substrate
A peptide formed by artificially binding characteristic amino acids to the recognition and dissociating sites of a blood coagulation/fibrinogenolysis related factor (enzyme). A pigment (p-nitroaniline) bound to the N terminal region of the peptide is dissociated by the activity of the enzyme, and is measured by colorimetric determination to determine the bioactivity of each factor.
