Assay Procedure
Example using Hitachi 7170
EDTA or sodium fluoride tubes are available.
Collect 25 µL of blood cells from the blood cell layer, excluding its upper and bottom portions.
Add the 25 µL of the collected blood cells into 500 µL of the pretreatment solution. Use this as the pretreated sample (Step1).
