Assay Procedure

Reagent Preparation

  • Reagent 1: Insulin Buffer Solution 1 is ready to use.
  • Reagent 2: Insulin Latex Reagent 2 is ready to use.

Gently invert the bottle containing Insulin Latex Reagent 2 to mix prior to use. Please be sure that no bubbles form.

Assay Procedure

This product is suitable for use with various types of automated analyzers.
Below is a general example of the assay procedure.

  • *Absorbance Ⅰ and Ⅱ:Differences in absorbance at 570 nm and 800 nm
    Calibrator:Insulin Calibrator
